Who will help me?

Both private and public services will assist, depending on who can get to you the fastest. Only qualified and experienced professionals are deployed to assist during your emergency. These trained responders are fully equipped to manage and control any situation, regardless of its severity.

How long does it take for responders to arrive?

Response arrival times depend on your location. However, within one minute of pressing the Panic Button, you’ll receive a call from our support center. If there’s no response, emergency personnel are automatically dispatched to your location.

Why not call for help myself?

Calling for help directly can lead to unnecessary delays. Our Panic Button system will automatically notify emergency responders of your geographic location. The urgency of your situation will always be recognized.  

Financial considerations?

While emergency assistance is provided promptly, medical and related expenses may still apply. We recommend maintaining comprehensive insurance cover for yourself, your loved ones, and your property.
